July 8th, THE BEST OF MOMIX
The best of Momix 2008 is the tribute that genius Moses Pendelton dedicated to the company, an essay of more than 20 years of unquestioned successes and world triumphs. The incredible choreography deal with Opus Cactus, Passion, Sunflower Moon, SuperMomix.
July 9th, ELTON JOHN, only Italian date
Sir Elton John, traveling around the world on his 2008 Tour, is on the Venetian stage in an intense exclusive concert with only the piano. Elton, in love with the city of Venice, donated this concert to SMS Venice without requesting compensation, preferring the collection of funds and the campaign raising awareness.
July 14th, GIOVANNI ALLEVI E I VIRTUOSI ITALIANI, Evolution Tour
Giovanni Allevi, Italian pianist and composer, with his orchestra of 33 elements presented his new “Evolution Tour”, seen as both the conductor in front of his orchestra as well as which his fingers upon the keyboard.
July 15th, TOQUINHO COLORE BRASILE e Venezia Suona Big Band
Grand finale of the 2008 event is a special evening “Colore Brasile” with the participation of Toquinho, one of the most representative and popular artists in Brazil as well as abroad. Mart’nalia is a special guest. The end of the evening saw performances by Venice Big Band, a orchestra of 25 with more than 30 years experience has played at some of the largest and most prestigious events in Venice.
